Transporter App — Terms & Conditions

1. About the App

The App is developed and distributed by Paraschiv Cristian Vasile PFA as part of the Pony Soft platform. It allows transporters to receive assigned deliveries, view ticket details, update delivery statuses and navigate to pickup and drop-off addresses. Availability on Android and Apple iOS depends on the plan subscribed by your agency.

2. Access and device registration

Access requires credentials issued by the courier agency you work with. On first use you register your device with those credentials; the account and its permissions are managed by your agency, which may suspend or revoke access at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your account.

3. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for work purposes connected to the delivery services of your agency. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, nor use it in any unlawful way or outside its intended purpose.

4. Location tracking

To assign deliveries and let your agency follow their progress, the App collects your device's GPS position while you are logged in and on duty, including in the background. How this data is processed is described in the Transporter App Privacy Policy.

5. Notifications

The App uses push notifications, sounds and vibration to alert you when new deliveries are assigned or updated. You can adjust feedback preferences in the App settings; disabling notifications may affect your ability to receive assignments promptly.

6. Road safety

Never interact with the App while driving. Use it only when the vehicle is safely stopped and always comply with traffic regulations. Turn-by-turn navigation is provided by the external maps application you choose, which is governed by its own terms.

7. Availability and updates

The App is provided as part of your agency's Pony Soft subscription. We may release updates that are required to keep using the App, and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the App or of the connected services.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including damages caused by loss of connectivity, device malfunction or improper use.

9. Termination

Your right to use the App ends when your agency's subscription ends or when your agency revokes your account. We may suspend access in case of misuse or breach of these terms.
